Clinical Nutritionist/Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Glidden is a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic in New York City with extensive training in rehabilitation and athletic performance. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology from the Pennsylvania State University, where she spent a great deal of time studying the optimization of strength, speed, and performance with Penn State’s elite Men’s and Women’s basketball programs. She spent additional time with the University of Florida’s Football and Basketball programs working with the athletes to optimize athletic performance.
Dr. Glidden went on to further her education at New York Chiropractic College where she graduated with both her Doctor of Chiropractic and Master of Science in Applied Clinical Nutrition degrees. She was trained in a wide variety of Chiropractic techniques, including being a full-body certified Active Release Techniques® (A.R.T.) practitioner. In addition, she is board certified in physiotherapy. She is also a member of the International Society of Clinical Rehab Specialists.
Dr. Glidden brings with her experience in the world of bodybuilding, in which careful attention is paid to both training and dietary protocols. Her passion for improving the function of the human body pertains not only to elite athletes and bodybuilders alike, but to patients of all activity levels. Nutritional practices complement her gentle yet effective Chiropractic approach and help bring patients to a new level of healing.
